A day trip by Kayak will allow you to gain access to where sea weeds grow in abundance. You will  learn to identify then, how to SUSTAINABLY harvest them and during lunch time on some remote area cook up some of the seaweeds we have found.

Your experience is further enhanced by a visit to the Island Spa in Inchydoney, where you will enjoy a Seaweed Bath and Body Wrap as well as access to the heated Seawater Therapy Pool.

Take to the waters of West Cork and seek out a variety Common Dolphins and Harbour Porpoises, which are resident all year round off West Cork. Minke Whales may be seen from May through to December. Family groups of Fin Whales arrive in the early summer months and are resident through to January.
